Students' Representative Council
History of the SRC
Necessity, they say is the mother of invention. There came a time since the establishment of the Accra College of Medicine where many occurrences directly and indirectly affected the lives of students in the institution. In the wake of this period, students fought for the establishment of a student representative council so that their voices would be heard. This desire for a united body birthed the Studentsโ Representative Council (SRC), as a common platform for the collective representation of students in decision-making.
